Erin Glenn currently works as the Associate Dean of Northeastern Region at Dallas College. With over 12 years of experience in higher education, Erin is deeply committed to fostering educational opportunities for high school students, particularly those at risk. In her current role, she spearheads process development and relationship building, overseeing enrollment management for multiple schools, and guiding the enrollment of ECHS/P-TECH programs. Erin's passion lies in empowering high school students to earn free college credits, providing them with the tools to save money and access enhanced opportunities. Prior to her current position, she served as a residence hall director and First-Year Seminar Instructor at the University of North Texas, showcasing her diverse experience in the field. Holding a master's degree in Higher Education from The University of North Texas and a bachelor's degree in human resource development with a minor in speech communication from The University of Texas at Tyler. Erin was recently recognized as one of the 40 Under 40 finalist for The University of Texas at Tyler. Beyond her professional pursuits, she is an active community member who finds joy in travel, gardening, cooking, and home improvement.
