About me
With a passion for tech fields and STEM education, Tené Frazier’s career spans industry and education. After over 14 years as an engineer in the automotive and heavy construction equipment industries, she transitioned into STEM Education - first as a K-12 Computer Science/Engineering teacher, then to her current role with Dallas College.
She enjoys her work, providing opportunities to underrepresented communities through STEM careers and promoting higher education as a pathway. Tené has her master’s degree in mechanical engineering (MSME) from Wayne State University in Detroit, MI. and is also a proud graduate of Lincoln and Howard Universities, notable institutions within the Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) network.
