About me
Karen Campbell earned her BA from West Texas A&M, her MA from Baylor University and her PhD from Texas Tech, all in English. She has served as a higher education instructor at Grayson College for 8 years and has served for the last 3 years as an Associate Dean over Academic and Workforce instruction for the College, including industrial technologies. While in her role as Associate Dean she has helped establish the college's new Electrical Engineering Technology program to train semiconductor technicians. This program at the college won TACTE's Program of Excellence award in 2024, just 1.5 years after it started. She lives in Gainesville with her husband and daughter and enjoys reading and riding horses in her spare time.
