About me
James Durham teaches Assessment and Methods courses for the Tech Teach Program in the College of Education at Texas Tech University. He received the Spencer A. Wells award for creativity in teaching at TTU and has written and published multiple Differentiated and Accelerated Focused Instructional Guidebooks to help teachers better understand and implement state and local standards. Mr. Durham presents workshops nationally through his business, Big Muscles, Inc., and was a Professional Service Provider working with the Texas Education Agency, the Texas Center for District and School Support, and the Regional Education Service Centers. Mr. Durham has presented at numerous state and national conferences and facilitated professional development workshops for the Center for the Integration of STEM Education & Research (CISER) which was housed in the College of Education at Texas Tech, he is also a Master Trainer for the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER), as well as being an Educate Texas CCRSM Coach.
